Attic Insulation
Attic spray foam insulation seals the leaks that push heat out of the top of a house and keeps upstairs rooms comfortable all year.
View Attic InsulationWe install commercial spray foam insulation in offices, retail units, warehouses, industrial buildings and steel buildings across Woodstock and Oxford County. Spray foam insulates, air seals and controls condensation in a single application, which makes it a strong fit for metal buildings and large open spaces. Every commercial job we take on is fully insured.
We stop the drip. In winter, warm, damp air inside a steel building rises and touches the cold roof deck and wall panels. It turns to water on the metal and falls onto stock, equipment and floors. Closed-cell spray foam applied directly to the steel keeps the inside surface warm, so the moisture never forms.
The same foam seals the lap joints, fastener holes and gaps at the eaves that let cold air in. It also adds stiffness to the panels and helps quiet rain on a metal roof. Steel buildings on farms are covered on our barn and agricultural insulation page, and smaller steel shops on our workshop and pole barn insulation page.
Woodstock sits where Highway 401 and Highway 403 meet, and that location has filled the city with warehouses, distribution buildings and manufacturing plants, including suppliers to the Toyota assembly plant. Many of these businesses cannot shut down for a week of insulation work.
We plan commercial spray foam insulation in sections, work around racking and equipment, and set out the ventilation and re-entry times in the quote. Where the building code requires spray foam to be covered by a thermal barrier, the estimate says so, so there are no surprises at inspection.
Older commercial buildings often have little insulation above a drop ceiling and leaky walls around the storefront. Spray foam insulation on the roof deck or in the wall cavities evens out the temperature between the front and back of the space and cuts the load on rooftop heating and cooling units. We can also insulate a unit before a new tenant fit-out while the walls are still open.
Commercial spray foam insulation is priced per square foot of surface at the thickness the building needs. Most commercial projects in the Woodstock area fall between about $2 and $6 per square foot. A thin coat for condensation control costs much less than a full insulation job on a heated building. We walk the building before we quote, and the price arrives in writing.
Send us the building size, what the space is used for, and when work can happen. Woodstock Spray Foam Insulation will arrange a walkthrough and give you a written quote for the commercial spray foam insulation. Larger buildings are covered on our industrial insulation, warehouse insulation and cold storage insulation pages.
We insulate every part of a home, as well as barns, shops and commercial buildings.
