Attic Insulation
Attic spray foam insulation seals the leaks that push heat out of the top of a house and keeps upstairs rooms comfortable all year.
View Attic InsulationWoodstock Spray Foam Insulation installs industrial spray foam insulation in manufacturing plants, fabrication shops, food plants and process buildings across Woodstock and Oxford County. Closed-cell foam insulates the walls and roof, seals the air leaks around docks and penetrations, and stops condensation on steel in one application. All of our work is fully insured, and every quote is written.
We seal the leaks. A plant loses much of its heat through gaps at the eaves, along wall panel laps, around dock doors and at every pipe, duct and conduit that passes through the shell. Industrial spray foam insulation fills those gaps as it goes on, so the building holds heat and the air handling system stops fighting drafts.
Sealing the shell also keeps dust, insects and road salt spray out of production areas. That matters in food plants and paint areas as much as it does for heating bills.
Woodstock sits where Highway 401 and Highway 403 meet, and the plants along those corridors include auto parts makers that supply the Toyota assembly plant. Many run two or three shifts. We phase industrial spray foam insulation by bay or by wall, use lifts that fit between equipment, and set ventilation and re-entry times in the quote so production planning can work around them.
Spray foam in an industrial building usually needs to be covered by a thermal barrier or an approved coating under the Ontario Building Code. The right answer depends on how the space is used. Your estimate names the foam, the thickness and the covering the building needs, so there are no surprises at inspection. Steel-framed plants are also covered on our metal building insulation page.
Industrial spray foam insulation in the Woodstock area usually costs between about $2 and $6 per square foot of sprayed surface. Height, access, the foam thickness and any required thermal barrier all change the price. A walkthrough comes first, and the quote arrives in writing.
Send us the building size, what the space is used for and the hours we can work. Woodstock Spray Foam Insulation will walk the plant with you and write up the industrial insulation price. Warehouses in the same complex are covered on our warehouse insulation page.
We insulate every part of a home, as well as barns, shops and commercial buildings.
